If you just want to allow a user to click a link
to send you an email the traditional way, you could include this
code in your page:

The problem you will have is that this code can
be used by other computers to create and/or send you lots of junk
email

There is a way to combat this and that is to
encode your mail links. The code would look like this for the link
above and be invisible to robots while allowing your visitor to
send you an email.
